Customer Success Associate

Your Role:

As a key member of a small, world-class team, your primary goal will be to ensure that our client accounts are always in good standing. Whether you are fulfilling support requests, identifying red flags or resolving general client issues, you go the extra mile to make sure our customers are happy! You are a self-starter who is comfortable with technology and with an eagerness to learn and master new skills.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Answer inbound Customer Service calls and perform troubleshooting steps for common issues
  • Open/Close/Resolve support tickets in our Support Desk CRM
  • Collaborate on and complete Customer Success team projects
  • Run reports and follow up with customers as required

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years customer service experience in a food service environment
  • Positive, upbeat and clear communicator
  • Exceptionally strong organizational and multitasking skills (a must!)
  • Strong customer service skills (restaurant/hospitality experience preferred)
  • Experience with Google Suite Products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to work any of the following shifts, weekdays and some weekends (all times listed are Eastern):

5 AM to 1 PM
9 AM to 5 PM
12 PM to 8 PM
2 PM to 10 PM
